Prague – Enel SpA informs that negotiations have begun on the sale of the stake held by Enel SpA Production (“Enel Production”) to Slovenské elektrárne a.s. (“Slovenské elektrárne”), equal to 66% of its share capital. The negotiations are being held on an exclusive basis with Energetický to průmyslový holding as (“EPH”), a company based in the Czech Republic. Based on the outcome of these negotiations, Enel and EPH will sign a contract in the coming weeks. (9colonne)
