25 August 2015 – Italy will be the guest of honor in the fifth edition of the Fashion Week of Asunción, scheduled from tomorrow until August 30. In the Year of Italy in Latin America, the show dedicated to fashion from the best local designers for the first time opens its doors to a foreign country. Italy will be represented by Federica Balestra, right arm of the great fashion designer Renato Balestra and responsible for the presentation of haute couture collections abroad. Anna Fendi instead flew to Asuncion yesterday to meet with sommeliers, journalists, restaurateurs and importers to discuss not only the story of one of Italy’s most famous fashion brands in the world, but also to present its selection of premium wines, the most recent activity of the duo composed by Anna Fendi and her husband, who personally oversaw the tasting organized at the residence of the Ambassador of Italy, Antonella Cavallari.
