November 20th, 2015 -Talent, creativity, and enthusiasm are the main characteristics of the Pro Arte International Prize winners: young people aged 18-35 who work for the development of creative activities and who wish to carry out projects to promote the history, customs and traditions of their territory. The prize wants to encourage the development of new opportunities and projects for young people and the local economy. This year’s edition centered around the theme “Culture: the role of young Italians in municipalities and in the stories of travel and emigration. Italy and the Cultural Industry.” The award also includes an international section, dedicated to the design of ideas by young people of Italian origin living in Argentina – who can thus embark on a rediscovery journey to the roots of their identity. In Buenos Aires, on November 24th, the Italian Institute of Culture hosts the prize’s delivery ceremony. The event – promoted by the Italian Institute of Culture and the Italian Embassy in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – is scheduled for 3:30pm. (Red)
