Tunis – “The General Assembly of the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ABSU) has concluded. COPEAM (the Permanent Audio-Visual Conference of the Mediterranean) was invited to the event for a tripartite meeting (ASBU / COPEAM / European Broadcasting Union) on the development of joint projects, including the co-production of documentaries, some initiatives training and news exchange.” Pier Luigi Malesani, Secretary General of COPEAM said that “now more than ever, public radio and television services must play the role of catalyst for dialogue in the Mediterranean by providing balanced and pluralistic information.” (9Colonne)
