San Francisco – 2016 kicks off in grand for Pecorino Toscano PDO: from Sunday to Tuesday, January 19, the Consorzio Tutela Pecorino Toscano DOP flies to the US for the Winter Fancy Food fair of San Francisco, one of the most important international events dedicated to wine and food. Over 80.000 producers, more than 19.000 and 1,400 exhibitors will enliven the show, dedicated to the best innovation in the food sector, globally. The Consortium of Pecorino Toscano PDO will participate, along with other Italian excellences, under the aegis of the Italian Trade Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies.
