Munich – The Italian-German Chamber of Commerce participates in the European project CTemalp (Continuity of Traditional Enterprises in Mountain Alpine Space areas), in a partnership that sees Veneto Innovazione as leader and features players from Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany and Switzerland. CTemalp is one of the few projects selected by the European Commission under the Alpine Area Programme and aims to support the innovation and business diversification processes for companies in mountain areas, subject to greater demographic decline, increased outflows of businesses and thus economic impoverishment. The objective is therefore to ensure the continuity in traditional productive sectors by encouraging partnerships between SMEs and research centers, as well as developing services for companies with a view to transnational cooperation. For the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce, this is a first significant milestone in a European projects development strategy that has a dedicated professional resource. (9Colonne)
