Tokyo – The 13th stage of the 99th Tour of Italy Palmanova-Cividale del Friuli scheduled for May 20 “will be an extraordinary event to present our lands to the world,” explained the Vice-president of the Region and Councilor for Productive Activities and Tourism of Friuli Venezia Giulia Sergio Bolzonello. During his speech, the Vice President highlighted the importance of another global event, the Gran Fondo of “Carnia Classic international Fuji-Zoncolan,” which on Sunday, August 28 will include a major sports-twinning initiative with Japan. “In a few days – announced Bolzonello – a mission will be leaving for Japan to talk about cycling.
