(25 March) Pasta, sauces, taralli, salami, cheese and wine… Puglia is a hidden treasure of food and wine excellences known and loved abroad. This is why Puglia is bringing its best to Canada, where the Italian Cultural Centre of Vancouver hosts the 9th edition of “Sapori di Puglia”, the greatest yearly event in Western Canada for the promotion of Puglia’s food and wine excellences. On March 31 and April 2 – announces the association “Pugliesi nel mondo” – the Federazione of Pugliese Social Clubs of British Columbia organizes, with the patronage of the Italian Consulate in Vancouver and the Italian Cultural Centre di Vancouver. The event takes place in the normal meeting spot for Puglia’s citizens in British Columbia, and represents an important aggregation moment for the Italian community. The Federazione of Pugliese Social Clubs of British Columbia, registered in the Regional Registry of Pugliesi nel mondo, works for the promotion of authentic “Made in Puglia” products on the Canadian market.
