(March 29) It’s called “Kep-Alert” the a project made in Emilia-Romagna, which is preparing to be a reference abroad. The monitoring system, weather forecasting and early warning and risk management of the Italian region in fact is becoming a role model for Serbia. Kep-Alert, which provides in the Country the experience gained by Arpae in these fields was presented in Belgrade: the Regional Agency for prevention, environment and energy of Emilia-Romagna has indeed recently obtained the financing of the second phase of the project, which aims to optimize the warning system for hydrological and hydraulic risk of Serbia, which in recent years has been affected by dramatic floods.
