(April 21st, 2016) The countdown to ” Umbria Jazz China ” has begun. Scheduled for April 27th to May 8th in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Qingdao, the event will be presented Friday, April 22nd, at 11am, at the hall of the National Council of Mibact (Via del Collegio Romano, 27). During the press conference they will be highlighted programs, initiatives, and innovations. “Umbria Jazz China 2016” is organized by the Umbria Jazz Foundation with the support of Mibact, Region of Umbria, the Italian Embassy, the Italian Consulates, and the Italian Cultural Institutes affected by the events. Moreover it will receive the support of ICE of Shanghai, Italy-China Foundation, the “main sponsor” Farchioni (the third Italian food group), important institutions, local governments and Chinese sponsors.
