Prague. The finale of the “Best Sommelier in Italy” will be taking place in Prague in fall this year. The event is hosted by the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague in its historic site located in the Mala Strana quarter. The president of ASPI Giuseppe Vaccarini announced the event that took place in the Czech capital and presented its objectives to institutions and the press. In the midst of this event organised by the Italian Embassy and the Italian Cultural Institute who saw the participation of the Italian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Aldo Amati, President of the Czech Sommelier Association Ivo Dvorak and Secretary General of the Italian-Czech Chamber of Commerce Matteo Mariani and numerous specialists and professionals in the sector, also took the opportunity to announce the opening of a Czech branch in ASPI and a presentation about the sommelier profession.
