“Italy and Portugal to the Poles” scientific conference at the ICI

(May 4^th 2016) The scientific conferences resume at the Italian Cultural Institute in Lisbon from May 11 to 19. The event is “Italy and Portugal at the Poles”. Professor Roberto Azzolini, coordinator of the Italian Polar Programme will give a lecture titled “Italian Science at the Poles: history, the sights, reason and challenges”. Professor Gonçalo Vieira, coordinator of the Portuguese Polar Programme has previously held a conference titled “Cooperação Luso-Italiana nas Ciências Polares”.
