Brussels – A true single market able to attract innovation and growth, a dynamic regulatory framework open to change, encouragement of development of infrastructure and adequate skills and encouragement for the adoption of new and emerging technologies. These are the four guiding principles of the joint proposal documents that Italy and the United Kingdom sent to the Vice President of the EU Commission, Andrus Ansip and commissioners Günther Oettinger and Elzbieta Bienkowska that will be discussed today in Brussels, aimed at creating a digital single market that can promote investment, competition, growth and a digital economy increasingly focused on innovation.
