(June 9, 2016) Lessons in Italian cuisine with chef Michele Bozzetto: this collaborative event is scheduled for June 20 (14:30 to 17:30) at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv and organised by the Italian Cultural Institute, Sheraton Hotels and Tel Aviv, ICE (Agency for the promotion and globalisation of Italian business abroad) with the support of the Italian Embassy to Israel. Participants will learn how to prepare some typical Italian dishes. The Italian Cultural Institute is located in both Tel Aviv and Haifa, with a satellite office whose task is to promote knowledge and disseminate appreciation of Italian culture in Israeli society, with particular attention to the study and dissemination of the Italian language.
