Great appreciation of extra virgin olive oil from Sabina proposed in addition to other oils of the region in 30 Houston restaurants that belong to the advertising campaign of the best extra virgin olive oils of the Lazio region provided for in Latium provided by the Latium Land of Oil project realised thanks the Rieti Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with Unioncamere Lazio and the Chambers of Commerce of Rome, Frosinone, Latina and Viterbo. Many of the restaurant owners that have hosted these promotional events such as tastings from a selection of oils and other olive based products from Lazio, have also expressed a willingness to activate supply contracts to purchase extra virgin olive oil for creating dishes and to sell to the public.
