Rio de Janeiro – This evening, on the occasion of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, ENIT will present to the Brazilian tourism world the culinary excellences of Italian regions, in an evening organized on the terrace of the Italian Consulate. Amongst the audience two hundred selected guests from leading local tour operators, journalists, politicians, media and culture representatives. Large broadcasters the likes of RAI with RAI 1 and RAI-2, and Brazil’s Globo, will be present. The Italian Ambassador in Brazil, Antonio Bernardini, the Italian consul in Rio de Janeiro, Riccardo Battisti, the President of ABAV Rio de Janeiro (Brazilian Association of Travel Agencies), the Executive Director of ENIT, Giovanni Bastianelli, members of the Italian team at the Games and CONI are expected.
