New Delhi – Massimiliano Latorre will remain in Italy. The Foreign Ministry welcomes today’s decision of the Indian Supreme Court has extended the marines to Italy’s request, the right to remain at home until the conclusion of arbitration proceedings. India has thus ALSO applied to Latorre a judgment given on 29 April by the arbitral tribunal set up in The Hague, which was expressed in such a way with reference to Salvatore Girone. (9Colonne)
