Rome – More than 230 new sites opened abroad by Italian construction companies in 2015 for a total of 17.2 billion Euros and a cross-border combined turnover which reached 12 billion, an increase of 14.5% on the previous year. A growth that was consolidated for the eleventh consecutive year that sees the Italian Companies of the industry permanently in 89 countries with construction contracts worth over 87 billion euro. This is the evaluation of the 2016 ANCE report on the presence of Italian construction companies abroad, jointly presented today at the Foreign Ministry with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
