Beijing. A delegation from the University of Bologna has left for China to meet with representatives of some universities and institutions in China. A week full of events and meetings, including the “China-Italy University Presidents Forum”, organised for the occasion of the tenth anniversary celebration of the Sino-Italian Campus. Two round table talks about a sustainable model for cooperation between universities and industry and interdisciplinary training for scientific research. During the forum a joint statement was signed by five parties (University of Bologna, University of Florence, Milan Polytechnic, Turin Polytechnic and Tongji) to confirm the interest and the commitment to strengthen cooperation in training and research. Among the meetings scheduled in Shanghai, representatives of the Shanghai International Studies University – SISU will meet with Prof. Yang Xianjin, Chairman of University Council of Tong-ji University.
