Vienna – Inauguration on Thursday, January 12 at 19 in Vienna for the event “Terra Amica. Contemporary Italian Art, Fashion and Music in Vienna”, at the Italian Cultural Institute of Vienna (Palais Sternberg, Ungargasse 43 A, 1030 Wien). An interdisciplinary event sponsored by the Florence Biennale, International Biennial of Contemporary Art in Florence, “Terra Amica” is designed in keeping with the history of the host institution and its headquarters. A project inspired by the work of Gioachino Rossini as a liaison between Vienna and Italy in a fruitful dialogue between the expressions celebrated in the initiative – art, fashion and music – between past and present.
