Paris. Thanks to experience previously gained in the field of oncology, Expert System is now part of the selection of the Italian tech company ‘Cogito’ for “OncoSnipe”, a programme aimed at supporting Artificial Intelligence in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. OncoSnipe, coordinated by the french company Oncodesign who specialises in biotechnology for the pharmaceutical industry financed by the “Investments for the Future” programme run by the public investment bank Bipfrance (€7.7 million in 4 years), will assist in the development and implementation of innovative “bio-IT” approaches based on a combination of different methods including artificial intelligence algorithms, machine learning technique statistics, analysis and data enrichment through semantic processing.
