(March 20, 2017) “Time is on my side” is the title of the reading with which Mohamed Ba, actor and musician from Senegal, will lead the public of the Italian Institute of Culture in Munich on a journey through cultures and continents, drama and comedy, history and future, diversity and tradition. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21 (18.30). The author recounts the experiences of those who are forced by war, famine and persecution, to cross deserts, mountains and seas in search of a better future in Europe. Between singing and music he tells the story of Mohamed, and many similar fates. Mohamed is soon forced to embark on the road to Europe in search of the magic drum, capable of bringing the rain.
