Tunis – Bardo Museum in Tunis will host an exhibition on pre-Roman antiques found in the Uffizi collections: a way to strengthen cultural ties between Tuscany and Tunisia and above all revitalize the museum after the terrorist attack of March 18, 2015. The idea is not it is new, but the possibility has been revived in recent days, in agreement with the Italian Institute of Culture in Tunis, and the exhibition should be set up later this year. The news, on the sidelines of the seminar dedicated on cooperation and the UN Agenda 2030 objectives, was given on April 6 by the Vice President of Tuscany Monica Barni, which was on a mission in Tunisia in early April.
