Damascus – “There are no shortcuts to reach peace in Syria, it takes time. The negotiations in Geneva should be supported, a Syria at peace can come only through negotiations. We must push Moscow to move away from Assad: the Russian opposition makes it unlikely for the UN Council to approve the resolution condemning the chemical attack in Syria that will be voted on today by the UN security Council”. This was stated by Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano, in his speech at the Senate on what happened in recent days in Syria. (9colonne)
