(3 July 2017) The 10th Italian Music Festival in New York, Sunday, September 10 at the Master Theatre, continues to grow both in terms of participation and prestige. Directed by Gianni Nazzaro, the festival will host Riccardo Fogli, Sal Valentinetti, Hit Italy and various actors from the series “Un Posto al Sole” (A Place in the Sun). The Festival, which was born from the initiative of the Italian Cultural Association of New York has, since its origins, represented a vehicle for the promotion of Italian culture and a platform for cultural exchange between the United States and Italy, through one of the most important and appreciated forms of art of the ‘Belpaese’: music. 10 artists from abroad and from Italy who will compete for the winner’s palm. The Italian Music Festival in New York is the most important and prestigious event of Italian origin outside of Italy.
