(July 6, 2017) From Moscato to Passito of Pantelleria, from Cerasuolo di Vittoria to DOC Contea Sclafani. Passing for Nero d’Avola and Nerello Mascalese: the most famous Sicilian wines will be the protagonists of a seminar on Saturday, July 8, at the Italian Cultural Institute in Osaka. The Oenology Seminar is presented by AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) and provides a “special” program where fragrances and colors, taste and tradition will be in the spotlight. A skilled sommelier will guide the Iic’s audience to know and enjoy Sicilian wines and vines. The appointment is from 14.30 to 16.30. (Red)
