Faisalabad – The generosity of a wealthy anonymous philanthropist from Northern Italy will allow the construction of a church in Pakistan, near Faisalabad, in the settlement of Faisal Town, a small town mostly inhabited by Muslims, where 35 Christian families have recently moved. They are very poor families, who mostly work in brick kilns. “These families really need a church – explains to Friends of the Church that Suffers the parish priest of Faisal Town, father Emmanuel Parvez – For Muslim workers there are three mosques to pray in while there is no place for worship for Christians”.
