Sofia – Eleven Italian companies will participate in the 9th edition of Dolce Vita, Food & Wine Event, a showcase organized by the Italtrade in Sofia to present to the public a wide range of food and wine not yet on the Bulgarian market . The appointment is scheduled for September 27 at the Grand Hotel’s Triaditza Hall in Sofia. Special guest will be chef Leo Bianchi with a showcooking and a tasting of dishes prepared with the regional products of the participating Italian companies. The eleven Italian companies will meet importers, distributors of food and beverages, large retailer, wine shops, restaurants and catering companies. (9colonne)
