The event, Monday, October 9th, will culminate in an encounter with Patrizia Menchiari, international marketing and communication professor and consultant. The objective of the seminar is to educate participants on the best ways to build valuable relationships with clients through involvement, listening, storytelling, customer experience, and continuous and ethical learning.
