ITALIAN CUISINE WEEK: EVENTS IN CAPODISTRIA

Capodistria. The conference “Sapori di una condivisione unica” (Tastes of a Unique Collaboration) will inaugurate the Italian Cuisine Week on November 21st organised by the Italian Consulate General of Capodistria. The conference, in collaboration with the Italian-Slovenian Forum, Comunità degli Italiani and the C.A.N.  of Capodistria, will see the participation of the Italian Consul Iva Palmieri, the President of the Forum Jurij Giacomelli and Stefano Cosma (Institutional Committee and Promoter of the Municipalities of Cormons and Dolegna del Collio for the candidacy to UNESCO of the Collio/Brda region), Iztok Škerlič (marketing for business and development projects of the municipality of Izola and Astrid Del Ben (Dante Alighieri Committee). In the following days: “Cucina e vino di qualità” (Quality Cuisine and Wine) conference on November 22nd, “La pizza, simbolo del gusto italiano” event on November 23^rd, closing night on November 24^th with the debate “Il gusto lucano nel mondo”.
