London. Flavours of Tuscany will soon invade London. Today, the Pecorino Toscano DOP Consortium, the Tuscan Dairy Consortium DOP, the Chianti Classico DOCG Wine Consortium, and the Consorzio Olio Chianti Classico DOP will be the protagonists of a day dedicated to Tuscan food and wine in Lindley Hall at the Royal Horticultural Halls which will host seminars and tastings. The event is part of the “EAT project” (European Art of Taste) which brings together the four DOP and DOCG brands of the Tuscan food and wine landscape. EAT is engaging the four consortia in marketing initiatives across Europe, as well as Italy, focusing on the synergy of quality products and the growing internationalisation of DOP and DOCG brands for a more conscious consumption practice and consumer awareness.
