Sofia – On the occasion of the Third Italian Cuisine Week in the world, November 19th to 25th, the Italian Cultural Institute of Sofia and the Italian Academy of Cuisine in Sofia have organised a cooking workshop that will bring together tradition and innovation. The public – Thursday, November 22 – will have the opportunity to taste the typical dishes of Italian cuisine and to learnn the recipes to make them. Chef Roberto Dal Seno, a lecturer of the Academy, is entrusted with the task of highlighting the main features of Mediterranean cuisine. The appointment is at the Academy of Italian Cuisine in Sofia.
