(12 November 2018) The third week of Italian High Cuisine in New York (November 12-19), organised in conjunction with the Italian Embassy in Washington as part of the broader programme of events planned in the United States, will unfold this year as a series of important events, some of which will be dedicated to Puglia. This week’s exceptional partner will be OpenTable, the online platform that connects customers with the best restaurants in the New York area through an online booking service. For the first time this year, during the Italian High Cuisine Week in New York, an entire section of the app, the website, and the OpenTable Newsletter will be dedicated to this initiative with the list of Italian restaurants that adhere. OpenTable in recent years has become the central reference point of the culinary scene of this city and contributes with its reviews to guide the choices of thousands of users.
