It consists of a very rich calendar of activities that the Italian Embassy in Amman has organized in collaboration with ICE Agency of Amman, Jordan Hotel Association, Ammon Applied University College of Hospitality and Tourism Education (AAUC) and The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. The first day will open with a seminar by the Italian Chefs Nunzio Buglione and Maurizio Dall’Osto, respectively the Trustee and Deputy Trustee of the Friulian section of AMIRA (Italian Restaurants and Hotel Maîtres Association), which will conduct the “Food and Beverage Hall Manager” course as the first approach by students of AAUC of Amman to this professional figure currently among the most sought-out from the national and international catering market. The chefs will also show their preparation of some recipes typical of the Italian tradition and will teach the spectacular flambé technique.
