Tokyo – The composition of the twelve Olympic Intercontinental Volleyball Qualification tournaments scheduled for August has been made official, the first chance to qualify for the Tokyo 2020 Games. It will start with the women’s tournament (Pool F) scheduled from August 2nd to 4th when Davide Mazzanti’s second place champions will go against Holland, Belgium, and Kenya. The following week will be Gianlorenzo Blengini’s national men’s team turn, who in Pool C will face Serbia, Australia, and Cameroon from 9th to 11th August. By the end of January, the Fivb will announce the venues in which the twelve tournaments will take place. (9Colonne)
