(Aug. 24) In London Ontario, the 11th edition of “Festa Italiana” begins today bringing a variety of events, involving music, food and much much more. Until Sunday, it will be possible to go to the Covent Garden Market and listen to modern and classical music. Indeed, this year’s edition is inspired by the latter: The Traviata will close off this edition thanks to the cooperation of local and international artists, including Sabatino Vacca, the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra, the soprano Rachel Cleland, the tenor Charles di Raimondo, and the baritone Jeffrey Carl. Meanwhile, in the next days it will be possible to explore Italian food: cannoli, handmade ice-cream, and wood stove prepared pizza.
