Nov. 9 – The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium will be in Shanghai for the 2012 edition of the food and hospitality show. From November 14 to 16, the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) will host the 16th edition of the famous “Food & Hospitality”, an event dedicated to the world of gastronomy and food industry with special emphasis on services and hospitality. The latest edition of FHC China – as stated on the Parmigiano Reggiano website – saw the participation of more than 29,000 buyers from all over China: the exhibition represents an excellent opportunity for the Emilia Consortium, who will be present with a stand, to meet operators of the Asian market and acquaint them with Parmigiano Reggiano.
