Nov. 7 – Climate issues will be at the center of the upcoming United Nations Conference, to be held November 11-22 in Warsaw. A young delegation from Trentino will participate along with other young people from around the world, and together they will report on the topics addressed during the conference on climate change. Articles, videos and radio interviews will be published and transmitted on the international website www.agenciajovem.org, on various social media platforms, and in local newspapers and magazines. The boys will also try to become a part of Youngo, the official United Nations group that brings together young people from all over the world and represents the voice of youth in the climate negotiations. Discussions and negotiations will also address the question of financing the least developed countries in an adequate manner to deal with the consequences of global warming and greenhouse gas emissions spreading from developed and emerging countries. The 193 countries will seek an agreement to reduce emissions and to ensure that average global temperatures do not increase by more than 2°C over the next decades.
