Monterrey – The Stevanato Group, headquartered in Piombino Dese (PD), continues to succeed in Italy and abroad. The company manufactures insulin vials and glass containers for pharmaceutical use, and produces technology for the development of related machinery and equipment. The Group released its report for the first semester of 2014, which ended on June 30, with a consolidated turnover of €134.1 million, for a 22.2% increase compared to the €109.7 million registered in the same period of 2013. A considerable part of the group’s activities take place on foreign markets, with a production plants in Zhangjiagang, China, which opened last June, and a production site in Monterrey, Mexico.
