Cheonan – The ICE Agency, as part of its promotional activities for the field of agricultural mechanization, is organizing the Italian collective participation to Kiemsta 2014. The biennial trade fair will be held in Cheonan, South Korea, 29 October-November 1. The Italian mission was organized by the ICE Agency in collaboration with FederUnacoma. Italy is the eighth supplier country to Korea for agricultural machinery, with a market share of 4.43% in 2013, with exports amounting to €60.11 million. With the ratification of the FTA between the European Union and South Korea, which came into force on July 1, 2011, tariffs on agricultural machines have been completely eliminated (0%); while a 10% VAT remains for each product.
