Thessaloniki – On Saturday, February 28, Thessaloniki celebrates Certified Italian Hospitality restaurants. The event will take place at the International Food Fair Detrop, in an ideal setting to promote Italian restaurants and Italy’s food products to a specific professional audience. The event, to be held in the Pavilion managed by Greece’s National Chefs Association, will also host an international competition for food. The event will see the participation of the Thessaloniki Mayor, the President of the National Chefs Association, the Institutes of Vocational Training in Thessaloniki, as well as members of the press, food-bloggers, importers and distributors and Italian cuisine aficionados.
