Tokyo – Salco, the Tuscan brand that made its debut into the fashion world with raincoats for men, now specializes in outerwear for women. The company renewed its cooperation with the Isetan department store in Tokyo, which first began last summer. Salco also signed a new agreement with Takashimaya to bring Salco products to five of its Japanese stores . “Our corporate turnaround – explained Stefano Salvadori, general manager of Salco – has led to an increase in both Italian and international customers, in particular, Japanese, Korean and Russian. And so Japan, Korea, Russia (despite the period of impasse) and Northern Europe are the markets we work with the most. Within the confines of the Old Continent, we just launched a new initiative for the German market. ” (9Colonne)
