Tunis – The project is ambitious, aimed at saving energy and energy efficiency. It was launched today at the Embassy of Italy in Tunis, with the signing of an agreement between the same Embassy, the Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Monastir (Enim) and the Italian company Energy Team Spa. The three institutions will carry out a pilot project that combines the public and private sector for the installation of an intelligent system of energy management at the headquarters of the Italian diplomatic mission. Energy Team Spa, through a complex monitoring system, will detect the energy consumption of the various offices for a fixed period of time. This data will then be analyzed by the Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs de Monastir. The aim is to be able to find solutions for the optimization and energy efficiency of the building, starting from the study of rational energy needs and the actual detection of anomalies responsible for waste. These, once removed, will allow for better a economic and environmental performance. (9Colonne)
