Brussels – The conference “2014-1914 The Legacy of Great Empires. The geopolitical legacies of World War I and the role of Italy” will be held tomorrow in Brussels, at the headquarters of the Italian Cultural Institute. The conference is the first in a series of events organized by the Region Veneto abroad, jointly with the Foreign Ministry and the Prime Minister’s Office as part of the program to commemorate the centenary of the First World War. The conference is a shared reflection on what remains of the Great War and the great changes that accompanied it in the collective consciousness and in today’s geopolitical realities. Veneto will be represented by the Councilor for Culture, Cristiano Corazzari, who will close the event. (9Colonne)
