December 17th, 2015 – The Italian Cultural Institute of Stuttgart is preparing to welcome the New Year with a busy schedule of appointments. There are many events scheduled as early as January, including a lecture by writer Germana Fabiano on Tuesday, January 19 (from 3:45 to 5:15) at the University of the city (classroom 17.91, Keplerstr. 17, Stuttgart). The event is promoted by the Italian Cultural Institute in collaboration with the Centro Studi Italia Stoccarda, and Simonetta Puleio will introduce the debate. Fabiano has been described by critics as “the elegant and mature author of prose,” a writer “very good in paiting the most diverse characters.” Reviews of her books have appeared on D Repubblica, La Sicilia, Il Sole 24 Ore, La Repubblica, and Gazzetta del Sud. In 2011, she was a guest on Radio Tre Fahrenheit. And in October 2012 she published the collection of Racconti Bonsai. In 2014, Robin republished Balarm in the series Biblioteca del Vascello and launches the Racconti Bonsai in the e-book edition. (PO / red)
