Doha – Qatar Airways and Alisarda are working on a potential partnership project concerning the airline Meridiana. The two shared the common elements of the industrial project, which provides for the strengthening of Meridiana, with the goal to make it a solid operator in the air transport industry and highly competitive in Europe. The two sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding that outlines the conditions of the partnership. The completion of the operation, subject to the satisfaction of the above conditions, is expected for the first half of 2016. (9Colonne)
