Thessaloniki. The countdown to the Global Chefs Challenge Finale in Thessaloniki has begun. It is a worldwide contest organised by WorldChefs kitchen. Christian Spagnoli and Salvatore Canargiu from the Nazionale Italiana Cuochi, Representing Southern Europe, will compete respectively in the senior and junior categories. For the chefs of the Nazionale Italiana Cuochi, 2016 it is a year full of commitments and competitions. While the senior and junior teams prepare for the upcoming Culinary Olympics (October 22-26, Erfurt – Germany), two chefs of the Italian team, Spagnoli and Canargiu- winners of the continental semifinals in Sarajevo in 2015 – are ready to fly to Greece to win the finale of the Global Chefs Challenge.
