Trieste – Coordinating strategies to attract new foreign capital in Friuli Venezia Giulia and to experiment inter-institutional cooperation with the Italian central government to put in place a governance of foreign investments in Friuli Venezia Giulia and to implement a joint promotion of entrepreneurial opportunities outside the national borders. These are some of the items which are part of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Economic Development (MiSE), the Italian Trade Agency (ICE) and the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, that the Regional Council approved during today’s session, based on the Vice President and Councillor for Production Activities, Sergio Bolzonello. After the green light from the executive branch, the agrement will be signed in the next few days in Rome. The initiative is based on the fact that the Prime Minister’s Office, in collaboration with the Ministry for Economic Development, is implementing a national strategy for attracting foreign investments to Italy.
