Shanghai. The fruit and vegetable market from Emilia-Romagna grows and is now protagonist in Shanghai, at the Horti China salon, with Macfrut Attraction China (22-24 November), the new fair born from the alliance between Cesena Fiere and Spanish Ifema. The new platform will be an important opportunity for the Emilia-Romagna production in China, a country in a strategic position for its very high potential for development. The fruit and vegetable sector comes in second in Emilia-Romagna’s organic food exports. “We find ourselves in the leading ranks of the Emilia-Romagna and European organic food sector that is demonstrating its ability to bring food from farm to table,” said the Region’s president, Stefano Bonaccini, at the inauguration of Macfrut Attraction China, in the context of the region’s institutional mission in China today. “Export is an increasingly important item for our region, but today, in order to win in the global markets, we need to be able to be a team. Cesena Fiere is doing it, as evidenced by the alliance here in China with Cibus Parma”. (9Colonne)
