Nov. 14 – Franciacorta settles in Japan, where it opened, last Monday, the second edition of the “Italian Wine Week,” an initiative organized by the Italian Embassy in Tokyo to raise awareness and promote the best expressions of excellent Italian wine. During the press conference, held in the splendid residence of the Italian Embassy in Tokyo, Maurizio Zanella, chairman of the Franciacorta Consortium, spoke to the press and prospective buyers: “Being here in this prestigious venue with all of you, illustrious friends, is a source of pride for me and for the Franciacorta system. Once again, we celebrate together not only the best expressions of Italian wine but the whole Italian sounding that, through Franciacorta, we want to offer to this extraordinary country.” Franciacorta will also be at the center of a special event where you can learn directly from wine producers, who, thanks to their expertise and commitment, created in little over 50 years one of the most renowned products of Made in Italy production in the world. The event is scheduled for today, November 14, at the Wine Bar of the Armani Ginza Tower in Tokyo, and it will exhibit different varieties of Franciacorta, Brut, Extra Brut, Rosé and Satèn. This is a unique opportunity to combine the prestige of an exclusive location with the character and identity of an extraordinary wine.
